However, to do this you need a social media following or email marketing list.

You can't build an online following or email list without trust
and you can't build trust without a brand.

Each rule above is linked to the next as each element of my system is linked to the next.

If one link is weak or broken, the conversion chain of viewer to subscriber, subscriber/follower to customer is broken.

All elements of how you promote your business must work together.

This article is a basic overview of Closed Loop Marketing. However, you can also watch the below video which (under my old brand Businessman to the Rescue) offers a basic outline of what Closed Loop Marketing is. The video uses the example industry of Cafes, Bars and Restaurants, but the structure is the essentially the same.
